  • Castrol Loyalty Program App

    The app that rewards consumers that stays loyal to their favourite Castrol service workshop, plus useful features for consumers to keep track of when it’s time to service their vehicle or find/contact a Castrol service workshop nearby.

    The key rewards mechanics is consumers will able to claim a free bottle of Castrol engine oil after their 3rd or 4th oil engine change from their usual Castrol service workshop.

  • Branding & wireframes

    I started with concept visuals of how the app will look incorporated with strong branding and the modern look & feel that prioritised engine care and performances, followed by wireframes to explain how the app works.

  • User journey flow & walkthrough

    Once visual concept & app features are finalised, I worked the rest of the pages and visuals, while expanding every detail of the user journey flow, aligning with the development team, and refine UX writing from the copywriters, making sure nothing is missed out.

  • UAT & Launch

    During UAT, tested the app internally for bugs and through observation, users had the impression the app was not working properly when some images took a long time to load when navigating between pages. The team was able to quickly implement micro animations & loading pages, which further improved the app.
